Briefing Time: 11:15 a.m.
In Position/KSU Time:  11:30 a.m.
Starting Time: 12:00 p.m.
Riders will stage at the funeral home to be briefed, we will stand “tall and silent” as family and guests arrive for the funeral service. Once the service begins, at the direction of the MRC, flags will be carried back to the support vehicle to be furled and stowed. Riders participating in the procession will stay to receive the safety briefing, wait until the service concludes, render honors as the hero is loaded into the coach then participate in the procession to DFW National Cemetery. Honor bikes will be determined and will stay with the coach as it enters the information center staging lanes, all others will continue on to the assigned shelter to await the procession with other riders.

Flags will be provided
If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.

Starting Time:  2:30 P.M.
Riders will stage at the DFW National Cemetery Information Center to be briefed.  Riders will proceed to the assigned committal shelter to set flags and await the procession. We will stand “tall and silent” for the duration of the ceremony that includes full military honors. At the direction of the RC, riders will carry the flags to the rear of the shelter to be furled and stowed. Riders will then be debriefed and dismissed.

Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
