ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of USA, USAR Private J. H. Davison has requested the Patriot Guard Riders for an escort from the Greenlawn South Funeral Home to our hero’s final resting place at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery, and there to stand a flag line where full military honors will be rendered.  Hero Davison entered into the US Army in June 1953 and served honorably and proudly in active duty until October of 1955,  part of which was during the Korean Conflict.. He was then transferred to US Army Reserve status, completing his obligations in May of 1961.  During his active duty, his awards included the Good Conduct Medal, and National Defense Service Medal.  He used his skills in the Army as an Electronic Fire Control Equipment Repairman.
