Patriot Guard Riders have been asked by the family of Huey Langley to stand in Honor of his service to our country. Mr. Langley was born in Wayne County, MS on August 31, 1935. He proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 29 June 1957 to 28 June 1960 earning the rank of Corporal and a Good Conduct Medal.

Huey retired as a heavy equipment operator in 1996 and was a member of the Operating Engineers Union for 50 years. Huey once told is wife that the best thing about being stationed aboard a ship was watching sunsets from the deck.

Huey is survived by his wife, two sons, one daughter, a sister and several nieces and nephews.
