Honor Mission
Howard Zebulon Plummer, Retired
USMC – Korea, Vietnam

ABOUT THE MISSION:

The Patriot Guard will honor Mr. Howard Zebulon Plummer, 85, of Elkton, MD, by standing a flag-line in his honor at his visitation/service at Wright’s A.M.E. Church in Elkton, MD.  1stSGT Plummer died November 4th, 2019.  He enlisted in the USMC during the Korean War and saw combat in the Korean and Vietnam Wars.  He retired as a 1stSGT after 27 years military service.  Among his many awards and commendations is a Purple Heart.   After retiring, he then worked for the Cecil County Sheriff’s Department as Director of Community Corrections until his final retirement in 1998.  He was proceeded in death by his wife of 45 years, Masako I. Plummer.  He leaves a large and loving family and is missed by all.

This is a flag-line only mission, therefore you may cage to this mission.  Please bring 3×5 flags for flag-line. Check the weather prior to departure.  Dress accordingly.

Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
