ABOUT THE MISSION:
Ladies and Gentlemen of the Patriot Guard Riders, we have been invited to stand for Howard Leland Barkley, age 95. Howard served in the US Coast Guard from 14 May 1943 to 21 September 1945. He was Honorably Discharged at the rate of Ships Cook 3rd Class (E4). He earned the American Area Campaign Medal, the Asiatic Pacific Area Campaign Medal and the Philippine Liberation Medal w/1 bronze service star. Please join us as we pay our respects and honor his service to our nation.
