Ladies & Gentlemen of The PGR:
We have been honored once again to show our respect and appreciation for our Country’s Heroes by participating in two Memorial Day Ceremonies.
Weather forecast is mostly sunny and upper 60s. Please plan accordingly.
This is a two phase flag line mission. The timing is tight, but attainable. Please be filled and drained and ready to stand fairly quickly after staging.

0845 hrs – RC arrives
0900 hrs – Riders arrive & sign in
0920 hrs – Briefing
0930 hrs – KSU for memorial location
0945 hrs – Flag Line in place to receive Guests & Dignitaries
1000 hrs – Ceremony begins
1030 hrs – Flag Line fade away / debrief – ride to phase two staging
