SPC Hall\, Jr. succumbed to those severe injuries 11 November 2011 while recovering at home in Miamisburg\, Ohio. Four days prior to his injuries He and his wife Laura gave birth to their son “Aiden James Hall”. \nThank you to Ohio State Senator Bill Coley for his stick-to-intuitiveness in getting passage of Ohio revised code 5534.29.  In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise\, that portion of the road known as state route number seventy-three\, commencing at the intersection of that route and Jacksonburg road and proceeding in an easterly direction to the intersection of that route and Wehr road\, within Butler county only\, shall be known as the “SPC James E.
