ABOUT THE MISSION:

Patriot Guard Riders, your presence as been requested,
Southern Lyon County USD 252 Honor Flight send off and welcome home 22/23 April 2019, Emporia, Kansas/ KC, MO.
Southern Lyon County USD 252 Honor Flight Project group of Southern Lyon County High School students and staff have put together an “Honor Flight” of Veterans to go to Washington D.C. April 22 returning on April 23rd.
Duo day/state mission part one is in KS send off, part two is in MO welcome home check their forum for details.
This is their 6th trip and we have been there to send them off on all of them as well as welcome them home. Lets make this one the biggest on both ends.
On this honor flight for Southern Lyon County USD 252 Olpe/Hartford Kansas, there will be 24 Veterans, 3 Korean era, 18 Vietnam era, and 3 desert storm, as well as a Dr, 2 nurses, 2 teachers, the superintendent, a media person and student guardians.
We have been honored to be asked to send off the Honor Flight as well as to welcome them home. Monday April 22, 2019.
All riders, are invited to ride with us to escort this Honor Flight, Emporia KS.
