The PGR will stand a flag line and also lower and raise the Colors during the ceremony. \nThe                                                  ceremony will  include                                                  a flag salute\,  the                                                  laying of a wreath  at                                                  the grave of US Army                                                   Vietnam Veteran and                                                    Medal of Honor                                                   Recipient SP5 Edgar                                                   Lee McWethy\, Jr.\, and                                                   a short program.
