Candelario “Spider” Garcia\, Jr.\nin Corsicana. \nPART 1:Statue Dedication\nMission Date:May 30\, 2016 – Monday\nStaging Time:15:00\nBriefing Time:15:15\nIn Position Time Or KSU:15:50 \nDetails Of Part 1:\nThe Patriot Guard Riders will stage in the parking lot for Ideal Self Storage to be briefed. Upon direction of the Corsicana Parks Superintendent\, we will have a short procession to the northwest corner of the Corsicana courthouse so we arrive just before the ceremony starts. The ceremony includes Honor Guards from Ft Hood and Navarro County Sheriff’s Office\, addresses by local\, state\, and national officials\, program participation by numerous Veterans and Mr. Manuel Flores (brother of Sgt. Garcia). Refer to the program for specifics. If not participating in the procession\, directions to the ceremony will be given by the Ride Captain at the briefing.
