We will have the PGR Information Booth set up during the celebration. \nPART 1:  Parade and Information Booth\nMission Date:  Jun 18\, 2016 – Saturday\nStaging Time:  08:00\nBriefing Time:  08:30\nIn Position Time Or KSU:  09:00 \nDetails Of Part 1:\nWe have been invited to ride in a parade at the 17th Annual Audie Murphy Day in Farmersville\, which is a celebration dedicated to honoring local Veterans and active military personnel along with hometown hero\, Audie Murphy. Sue\nand Howard Griffiths are bringing the information booth. We plan to man the booth from setup at approximately 0800 until approximately 1300. Experienced PGR members are needed to help man the booth and explain the Patriot Guard\nRiders to prospective members. Although the parade starts at 1000\, line up time for the parade starts at 0900. The published schedule of events for the day are below. \n7:30-9 AM Veterans check in at First Baptist Church. (124 S. Washington Street). Special military exhibits on display and refreshments served.  Merchandise available for sale. \n10 AM Commemorative Air Force Flyover and then downtown parade begins.  Veterans riding. Historic military vehicles\, classic cars\, horses\, and more featured. \n10:45 AM Program under the Onion Shed. Local veterans\, active duty personnel and Audie Murphy to be honored. Merchandise available for sale. \n12 noon: Reception for Veterans at First Baptist Church. \n12 – 3 PM: Historic Bain-Honaker Museum open for tours with special patriotic display and celebration of their 150th year\, at 108 College Street.
