DESCRIPTION:The third Honor Flight from Springfield\, IL\, for 2016 will take place and the Patriot Guard has once again been invited to help Welcome Home these heroes.  Veterans from WWII\, Korea\, and Vietnam will return from a long day at our nations’s capitol having visited our War Memorials\, Arlington Cemetery and other national monuments.  The Patriot Guard will stand a flag line to honor these veterans upon their arrival at Springfield Capitol Airport.  Let’s have a great turnout to welcome home our heroes upon their return.\n\nDate: Tuesday\, 21 June 16\nStaging: 2015 hrs (8:15 pm) \n\nPlace: Abraham Lincoln Captitol Airport\n           Main Terminal Building\n           Springfield\, IL \nPlease use the designated parking lot at the airport that we have been allowed to use for previous Welcome Home flight arrivals. Ask the attendants (orange vests) for assistance to the parking area\, if you are a first timer.
