A short briefing will be given and flags posted near the memorial. We will\nstand a flag line during the 30 minute ceremony.  The riders are invited to participate in an on-site picnic following the ceremony. \nThe Blue Star Marker is a tribute to the Armed Forces and is a plaque that\, when erected\, will stand 7 foot tall. \nName Of Staging Point:\nVA Health Care System – Fort Worth.\n2201 S.E.
