All specific details and updates have been sent to members directly via their e-mail address on file. \nMembers\,\nNew York Warrior Alliance has once again asked us to take part in a meet\, greet and escort a group of their Wounded Warriors to the Watkins Glen Race Track where they will have a fun filled day at the track and watch the Xfinity Race. \nWhen/Where:\nSaturday August 6th\, 2016\nCayuta\, NY \nMission Narrative:\nTwo years ago we were given the great honor to meet a 10th Mountain Division Wounded Warrior\, US Army SSG Jake Strickland and his wife Nicki and escort them to the Watkins Glen Race track. \nThis year we have an even greater opportunity to meet 4 of New York Warrior Alliance’s Wounded Warriors. We will be holding an Appreciation Ceremony presenting them with special Plaques\, Flags and PGR Commemorative Coins\, then escorting them up to the entrance of the Watkins Glen Race Track. \nThe hero’s include:\nSSG Douglas Graham\, US Army\, a Veteran of conflicts in Somalia\, Kosovo\, Iraq and Afghanistan \nSGT Ryan Hacket\, US Army\, a Veteran of the War On Terror in Iraq \nMajor Jim Auld\, US Army and NY National Guard\, a Veteran of the War On Terror in Afghanistan and other Middle East conflicts as well as securing the JFK Airport following the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Centers. \nCorporal Dan Gearinger\, USMC\, a Veteran of the War On Terror in Iraq and Afghanistan. \nThis event will be an awe inspiring moment as we have a rare opportunity to show these great warriors how much we care and appreciate all that they did for us and this great nation. \nThanks again for all you do! \nLRC\nKent Tryon\npgrnymod@gmail.com
