ABOUT THE MISSION:

The Patriot Guard Riders have the honor of standing a flag line and welcome home our heroes of the “Greatest Generation” from their trip back from Washington, DC after visiting the various war monuments and witnessing the changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknowns at Arlington National Cemetery. This flight will have several WWII, Korean & Vietnam War veterans with their escorts and medical staff.

Fast Park and Relax is offering free parking and free shuttle service for those who greet the Honor Flights at the Orlando Int’l Airport. Bring your flags, banners and signs to help welcome our humble WWII, Korean & Vietnam War Heroes as they return from Washington, DC. Please follow the thread for further updates as they become available.There are 62 Hero’s on this flight.

Arrival: 10:10 pm.

Flags will not be provided
Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.

ABOUT THE MISSION:

Patriot Guard Riders have the honor of standing a Flag Line and welcome home our Heroes of the Greatest Generation from their trip back from Washington, DC after visiting the WWII, Korean & Vietnam Memorials, Marine Corps Iwo Jima, Air Force Monuments and Vietnam Wall and witnessing changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknowns at Arlington National Cemetery.

This flight will have several WWII, Korean & Vietnam War Veterans with their escorts and medical staff. Many of us have personally had the honor to be there on several occasions and I can tell you it is a heartwarming experience. I encourage everyone to come out to the Orlando International Airport to welcome these former warriors home.

Fast Park and Relax is offering free parking and free shuttle service for those who greet the Honor Flights at the Orlando Int’l Airport.

Briefing will take place at staging area in the building next to the ticket booths as you enter. After the briefing, we will ride a shuttle bus to Terminal B Airside 3 and greet these Great Warriors.

Bring your flags, banners and signs to help welcome our humble WWII, Korean & Vietnam War Heroes as they return from Washington DC.

This is an American Airline charter flight with 70 Veterans on board.

Please allow extra driving time coming to the airport as this will be during rush hour in Orlando.
