ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of PFC William “Billy” Richard Petty Jr., 40, Army National Guard (1996-2004), of Chattanooga has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to Honor their loved one with a Silent flag line and escort to his final place of rest. It will be our honor to do so. Mr. Petty stood for us and now it is our time to stand for him.
