Sadly he passed away  in San Diego while on active duty. \nMr. Buford is scheduled to arrive at Charlotte-Douglas (Charlotte) at 3:03 PM Saturday 8/27/2016.  He will be transferred to Russell Funeral Home\, 822 Carl Russell Ave\, Winston-Salem\, NC. \nThis will be a one part mission to receive the Hero as he arrives and is transferred at the funeral home. \nSTAGE: 4:00 PM.
