S/Sgt Carter, Jr., was a documented Tuskegee Airmen during WWII. He received the Congressional Gold Medal for his service to the country among other medals and awards.

The Service will follow the Visitation.Important message regarding COVID-19 Stay at least 6 feet (2 meters) from other people. Must Cover your mouth and nose, the Escort from the funeral home to the cemetery will be extremely limited. At the Staging Area, we will be outdoors holding our American flags and MAINTAIN A SIX-FOOT DISTANCE FROM ONE AOTHER

Flags will not be provided
If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
