ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of Herbert T. Williams, Jr., 81, has requested the Patriot Guard Riders presence as they show their final respects and lay their loved one to rest. Mr. Williams faithfully served his country in the U.S. Navy and completed two tours in Vietnam while assigned to the USS Kitty Hawk. Upon completing his military service, Mr. Williams received an Honorable Discharge and during his time in service, received a Vietnam Service Medal w/OLC, Good Conduct Medal and a National Defense Service Medal. Please bring your 3X5 American flags and stand in honor and respect for our Navy hero.

May surviving family and friends find strength in acknowledgement that Herbert T. Williams Jr., having served this nation honorably, was willing to sacrifice all that another might taste or maintain liberty and stood courageously where few dared tread and for such dedication to nation, duty, and service rendered, is so remembered and honored among patriots.
