ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of USMC Master Gunnery Sargent Herbert Norman Beine has honored the Patriot Guard Riders with a request for an escort from the funeral home to our hero’s final resting place at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield, MO and there to stand a flag line where full military honors will be rendered.
Hero Beine proudly and honorably served our country from September 1961 to September 1991. His service included 6 years of overseas assignments including several years in the Vietnam War. He rose to the rank of Master Gunnery Sergeant (E-9) and earned 2 National Defense Service Medals, Certificate of Commendation, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Navy Commendation Medal, Meritorious Unit Commendation (twice), Humanitarian Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal (10 times), Vietnam Service Meal (3 times), Presidential Unit Citation, Combat Action Ribbon, Navy Unit Commendation, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, Republic of Vietnam Meritorious Unit Citation (Gallantry Cross), Overseas Service Ribbon, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, Letter of Appreciation and Meritorious Service Medal. He retired after 30 years of service.

My wife and I wish to extend our condolences on your loss.

I am so sorry for the loss of your Loved One . I pray God will comfort ,strengthen and bless you all as you go through this difficult time .
I am thankful for MGySgt. (RET) Biene’s service and sacrifice to our country in the US Marine Corps and during the Vietnam War . He is ” Fallen Never Forgotten ” .
