Mr. Wines served our country from 1970-1975.  He earned the following commendations: VSM with 1 Bronze Star\, RVNCM w 60 Device\, BSM\, VC of G with Palm\, 2 OS SVC BARS.\nHe retired from the Flat River Glass Factory.  He enjoyed fishing and woodworking.\n\n\nPRIMARY STAGING DETAILS: 08-16-19 \nStaging Time: 11:45 a.m.  \nCozean Funeral Home\n217 W.
