Lieutenant Colonel Henry Clay Lewis, Jr. passed on May 20, 2020. LTC Lewis served 23 years in the Air Force as an F-4 combat pilot in Vietnam and Instructor Pilot while in the United States. LTC Lewis transferred into the Texas Air National Guard where he flew F-4’s and eventually F-16’s. He had over 3,000 hours of seat time in the F-4. LTC Lewis has also ridden several events with the local Patriot Guard Riders.
