SP4 English honorably served in the United States Army from April 1967 to Feb 1969 and was Medically Retired on 4 Feb 1969. SP4 English received the following rewards; National Defense Service Medal\, Vietnam Service Medal\, Vietnam Campaign Medal (W 60 device)\, Purple Heart medals (2)\, Bronze Stars (2).\n\n\nPRIMARY STAGING DETAILS: 06-10-19 \nStaging Time: 10:45 am\n \nWhataburger\n417 E.
