ABOUT THE MISSION:
SP 4 Harvey Wiggins Jr. honorably served in the United States Army for 5 years, 11 months, and 2 days. He was released from active duty on 22 April 1974. SP 4 Wiggins’ numerous awards and decoration include the National Defense Service Medal, Combat Infantry Badge, Vietnam Cross of Gallantry w/Palm, Vietnam Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal w/60 Device, Air Medal, and the Bronze Star Medal. SP 4 Wiggins was born 21 November 1948 and was 71 years of age when he passed from this earth.
The Patriot Guard will escort SP 4 Wiggins from Joe Morris Funeral Home and stand a silent flag line in his honor.

Special Instructions:
NAS Pensacola requires long sleeve shirts, long trousers, long fingered gloves, DOT approved helmets, leather footwear covering the ankles, and appropriate eye protection. This attire will always be worn while riding on NAS Pensacola.
Face masks are mandatory and will be in place from arrival at staging area until completion of the mission. If you choose to remove your mask while riding, put it back in place when you get off your bike/out of vehicle. Individual hand sanitizer is encouraged. Maintain 20 ft distance from family and 6 ft minimum between riders. No physical contact between family or guests. At the conclusion of the mission, we will return the flags to the trailer/vehicle and wipe/stow them.

11:45 AM – KSU to Joe Morris Funeral Home, 701 N. DeVillers St, Pensacola
12:00 PM – Arrive at Joe Morris Funeral Home
12:30 PM – KSU to Barrancas National Cemetery 1:00 PM – Interment at Barrancas National Cemetery, Site A
