His awards include the National Defense Service Medal\, the Bronze Star Medal w/1 OLC\, the Vietnam Service Medal w/2 Bronze Service Stars\, the Vietnam Campaign Medal\, the Vietnam Cross of Gallantry w/Palm\, the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal (Korea)\, the Good Conduct medal (8th AWD)\, the Army Service Ribbon\, and the Overseas Service Ribbon\n\n\nPRIMARY STAGING DETAILS: 06-04-19 \nStaging Time: 10:45 am\n \nDFW National Cemetery\n2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy\nDallas\, Texas 75211\n\n\nRide Captain: \nMike Flocken\n\n\nSpecial Instructions: \nStaging Time: 1:45 pm\nBriefing Time:2:00 pm In Position/KSU Time:1415\nStarting Time:2:30 pm\nAll riders will stage at the DFWNC Visitor’s Center\, where the mission brief will be given. Flag bikes will be chosen and relocated to the assigned staging lane. Remaining riders will proceed to the shelter to set flags and prepare for the arrival of the procession bringing SFC Tincher\, his family and friends. At the conclusion of the committal service\, and at the direction of the ride captain\, the flags will be retrieved and returned to the shelter storage area\, where they will be furled and stowed.
