ABOUT THE MISSION:

Eighty-eight year old Harley W. Lewis left this earth on 8 Oct 2017. During the Korean War he served his country honorably from 13 Feb 1948 through 14 Feb 1952, spending 3 years 8 months in Korea. He received the following decorations: China Service Medal, Navy Occupation Service Medal, Korean Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, and United Nations Service Medal.

The family of Harley has requested that the PGR escort the funeral procession from Hamilton-Odell Funeral Home, 1334 North Scenic Drive, to Monte Vista Cemetery, 1509 East 1st Street, and stand an honors flag line during the interment service at the cemetery. The USN will be providing Military Honors.

Special Instructions:

We will provide an escort from the Funeral Home to the Cemetery and stand a flag line during the interment. Stage at the Old Goodwill parking lot at 1315 hours, brief at 1325 hours, KSU at 1335.

It is anticipated that the escort will leave the funeral home at approximately 1400 hours with interment at the cemetery at 1415 hours.
