The family of US Marine Corp, Vietnam Veteran, Gunnery Sargent Drew Cutler has asked the PGR to stand in honor of their fallen hero.
E 7 Drew Cutler began his Marine Corp. active duty November 5, 1970 in Los Angeles, Ca. and completed his active duty in January 5, 1984. He entered the US Marine Corp. Reserves in March 28, 1984 and retired in March 27, 1994.
GySgt Drew Cutler was an Aviation Supply Clerk.He received the Rifle Marksmanship Badge, Pistol Marksmanship Badge, National Defense Service Medal( w/1 star), Good Conduct Medal( 6th award), Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal( w/ 1960 device), Sea Service Deployment Ribbon( 2nd award) and Meritorious Unit Commendation.
Services will be July 22, 2016, 11am, at Bailes-Polk funeral home, 910 W. Oak Ave, Duncan, OK.
21 flags will be displayed at Bailes-Polk funeral home prior to 11 o’clock service and also at Fort Sill National Cemetery in Elgin, OK.
GySgt Drew Cutler will be transported in the PGR Coach at the families request.
US Marine Honor Guard and Stephens County Honor Guard will perform military honors at Fort Sill National Cemetery.
Due to the heat index for Friday, the funeral home director suggested PGR not have to stand in heat from 10:30 to 12:45 at funeral home. Therefore, I’m setting staging time at 12:15 hrs at the funeral home.
