ABOUT THE MISSION:
Arizona native Guillermo Ortiz was born into the Ortiz family one of nine children on 13 September 1933 in Oracle, Arizona. Guillermo heard the calling to serve and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in June of 1952. PFC Ortiz served this great nation we live in proudly and was honorably discharged in January of 1953 due to health reasons. PFC Ortiz passed on 14 June 2019.
