Sergeant  Meissner spent 4 years in the Marines and several more in the Army  Reserve. He worked in Avionics and was very proud of his service.\nThis will be a flag line mission only at Leavenworth National Cemetery\, Kansas.\n \nStaging: 23 Dec 14\n\n0845 hrs. (8:45 am) – Stage at Committal Shelter\, Leavenworth National Cemetery (VA)\, Leavenworth\, Kansas and Man Flag Line.\n0900 hrs. (9:00 am) – Service Begins including military honors. \nAgain\, this is a flag line mission only and there will not be a Ride Captain assigned.
