ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of Gregory Days has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to stand a flag line of honor and respect for their loved one.  Hero Days proudly served in the United States Marine Corps as a Combat Engineer and obtained the rank of Lance Corporal (LCpl).  He earned the Rifle Sharpshooter Badge and received the National Defense Service Medal and a Good Conduct Medal.  It will be our privilege to be part of the family funeral possession to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.  It will also be our honor to stand a flag line of honor and respect during his final military honors for his honorable service to our nation.

Special Instructions:

There will be no flag line at the funeral home. The PGR will be part of the funeral procession to JB.  The family will be leaving Wade Funeral Home to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery between 10:30 – 10:45 AM.  Military honors at the cemetery with flag line of honor and respect – 11:30 AM.  Weather forecast – Mostly Cloudy with 50 percent chance of rain. Be safe and hydrated the night before and day of mission.  As always cages are welcome.

If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water will be provided.

My condolences for the loss of your loved one. Be Proud of your loved one for their service and sacrifices they have made to preserve our Country’s Freedom. I stand with my fellow Patriot Guard Riders as we Honor this Warrior. Stand down and rest in eternal peace, your mission is complete.

We stand with feet planted firmly on rich soil knowing what freedom is. Because of our veterans, I am free to honor God and country without persecution. Where there is injustice, I am free to fight. Where there is silence, I am free to speak. Where there is hate, I am free to love.
