We had told the family it will be our honor to be present. \nMr. Skipper served two years in the Army National Guard before being Honorably Discharged with a rank of Private 2nd Class. \nWe will stand a one hour flag line prior to service beginning at 11 AM at Kingsland First Baptist Church.
