Gold Star Family Retreat Comment

  1. ***MISSION ACCOMPLISHED*** Today the Patriot Guard Riders honored the memory of our fallen Heroes, as we rode with their families for the annual Gold Star Family Retreat to the Allaso Ranch Camp and Retreat Center near Hawkins, TX. Our part was to safely lead the buses from Irving to Canton, where our brothers and sisters from the East Texas Patriot Guard Riders picked them and finished the movement to the Ranch.

A very special thanks Sal, Sharon and the men of North Texas Motorcade for the fantastic escort to Canton; Mark Littel, Brian, Perry and Mark Ingersoll for assisting with the procession; to Laura, who so tirelessly gets our Missions out to the Riders, to Dan for posting them on the National website and as always, to Mike who took the photographs, showing this family the true face of the Patriot Guard Riders, those who so willingly give of themselves and are found standing in the Flag Line.

To the AMAZING Debbie Lee, mother of AO2 Marc Lee, U.S. Navy, SEAL – and the families of all the Heroes who have given everything they had for our freedom, thank you for allowing the Patriot Guard Riders to ride with you today in honor of your loved ones. We were so very blessed and it’s our prayer that God continue to comfort you in your loss, and He continue to bless the efforts of America’s Mighty Warriors. Your loved ones will never be forgotten!
