SUMMARY:Glenn Thomas Nevins\, USMC-Vietnam
DESCRIPTION:Glenn Thomas Nevins \nUS Marine Corps – Vietnam\nPatriot Guard Rider\nRacine / Union Grove\, WI\nFriday August 26\, 2016\n\n\nOur long time Patriot Guard Rider Brother Glenn Nevins died peacefully on August 18th 2016. Glenn was born in May 1947 in Muskegon Heights\, Michigan. He joined the United States Marine Corps in 1967 and served his country in Vietnam\, attaining the rank of Corporal\, before a life-threatening injury brought him home. \nGlenn loved to ride and he thought that his love of country and motorcycles made the Patriot Guard Riders a perfect fit for him and joined in 2007. For those of you who had the pleasure to know him\, he was a true Patriot Guard Rider\, no flash\, no ego. He was the kind of guy that you would see across the line and you’d just smile and nod and he’d smile back. \nHe didn’t stand out but he always stood tall. \nThe last time I talked with Glenn he was requesting that we stand for a family member\, now they ask that we stand for him. \nVisitation \nFriday August 26\, 2016 \n11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. \nSturino Funeral Home  \n3014 Northwestern Ave\, \nRacine\, WI 53404 \nStaging\n10:00 a.m. \nMemorial Service follows\n12:30 p.m. \nEscort to Burial \nGlenn will be laid to rest with full military honors at \nSouthern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery \n21731 Spring Street \nUnion Grove\, WI 53182 \nRide Captains are Jim Unruh JUNRUH2@WI.RR.COM\nand Chris Pearce harleyfan1343@yahoo.com
