DESCRIPTION:HOTH Mission\nGlendale Veteran’s Memorial Park Memorial Day Ceremony\nGlendale\, Arizona – 05-27-19\n\n\n\nABOUT THE MISSION: \nThe Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to participate in a Memorial Day observation at the Glendale Veterans Memorial Park. We will stand a flag line for the arrival of guests and for the start of the program. Many of the volunteers for this event are from the nearby Homestead Hospice. There will be several veterans in attendance that we will have the opportunity to personally thank for their service. The memorial site is located right off of the side of Glendale’s Main Public Library. It is a beautiful park and memorial. The award-winning Xeriscape Botanical Garden located here began its initial construction in June of 1990. Since that time\, the garden has grown to nearly four acres in size with more than 400 species of plants.
