Gerald Wayne Luckey, Retired
Evans, Georgia – 03-13-20


Master Gunnery Sergeant Gerald “Jerry” Luckey retired from the United States Marine Corps with 30-year service. MGYSGT Luckey served three tours in Vietnam, where he was wounded twice. Jerry was awarded two Purple Hearts, as well as five Good Conduct medals, a Navy Commendation medal, a Cross of Gallantry, and numerous other awards. Jerry was a member of the VFW and the American Legion. MGYSGT Luckey once stood for us so it’s now our turn to stand for him.

Please park at the left rear of the funeral home as there are multiple visitations scheduled. We will stand a flag line as family and guests arrive for the visitation from 6 to 9 pm.

We will stand a flag line until the 11:00 am service begins then we will prepare to accompany the procession to Westview Cemetery in Augusta, GA. If you are flying large flags please ensure they are capable of highway speeds.
