ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of Veteran Dr. Gerald L. “Gary” Henderson, 68, has requested a flag line at our Heroes funeral . He received his U.S. Army Officer Commission as a Medical Service Corps officer in 1972. Initially assigned to three years active duty service at Fort Riley, Kansas, he retired as a Major following a 20-plus-year career in the United States Army Reserve.

RIDERS MEETING: 9:50am FLAG LINE: 10:00am Following the funeral the we will escort our Hero to his final resting place at the Omaha National Cemetery. We will stand a Flag Line to Honor our Hero at the 1pm service at the Committal Shelter..Safety being paramount – ride only if conditions permit.

Dr Gerald Henderson’s service and sacrifices will not be forgotten. He is a “TRUE AMERICAN HERO”. May he Forever Rest in Peace & may the memories of your brave Soldier give you peace, comfort, and strength through the rest of your days.

I extend my most heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Gerald L. Henderson, US Army and USAR Veteran. During this most difficult time, I pray you peace. I will forever be grateful for his service, sacrifice, and dedication to our country. Rest easy now, Sir…those you have left behind to carry on without you have the watch.
