ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of Hero Gerald F. Wyss has requested the PGR to stand tall and silent to honor their loved one. Hero Wyss served his country with honor in the U.S. Army in the Vietnam War. He was drafted into the Army, serving in Vietnam from summer of 1969 to the summer of 1970. He was awarded the Vietnam Service Medal with three bronze service stars and the Army Commendation Medal for meritorious achievement.
