ABOUT THE MISSION:

The sister of Army Sergeant “Jerry” Mitchell has requested the Patriot Guard to escort him to Higginsville Veterans Cemetery where he will be laid to rest.  The sister has requested that we attend the service inside the chapel so that he will not be laid to rest alone.  Sergeant Mitchell served in Vietnam from August of 1968 thru September of 1969.  He enlisted in 1966 and spent a total of 10 years serving our nation.  If at all possible please try to support this mission as it would mean the world to his sister. Thank you.

Please be sure flags are secure as we will be at highway speed.  Please stage at the back of the parking lot closest to Lee’s Summit Rd.

If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
