ABOUT THE MISSION:
Procession and Interment, Mr. Wilson was inducted on November 3, 1942 and served as Supply Sergeant during his tour of duty in the European Theater. Campaigns included Northern France, Central Europe and the Rhineland. He was honorably discharged on October 12, 1945. Awards include: European African Middle Eastern Service Medal; WWII Victory Medal; Good Conduct Medal. Sharpshooter (rifle and carbine); Marksman (pistol).

Riders will stage at the funeral home for the mission and safety briefing and to stage for the procession to the cemetery located approximately eight miles away. Upon arrival at the cemetery, riders will quickly dismount and take a position on the flag line.

Details: Arrival time is approximate. All Riders will stand tall and silent until the MRC calls for the flags to be returned to the support vehicle. Riders will then be debriefed and dismissed.
