George served from 1960 to 1964 at the beginning of the Vietnam conflict. George served on the USS Valley Forge\, out of Norfolk\, Va. as an Aircraft Structural Mechanic. George was awarded the Armed Force Expeditionary Medal\, Meritorious Unit Citation\, and the Navy Unit Citation during his service.\n\n\nPRIMARY STAGING DETAILS: 07-05-19 \nStaging Time: 2:00 PM\n \nRedeemer Lutheran Church\n600 W.
