The family of George Perry Book, Sr. has asked the PGR to stand in honor of his service in the USMC. Mr. Book received the Purple Heart for wounds he suffered in DaNang in 1968.

    Angie and I offer our deepest, and most heartfelt condolences to the Family and Friends of this true American Hero. It’s with great sorrow we say goodbye to all our great Heroes. Our hearts are heavy with the loss of those who stood and fought for our country. Be proud and strong in their beliefs.
