Following his graduation from Texas City High School\, George joined the United States Navy where he bravely served his country during the Vietnam War. Honor Bikes will be selected\, and they will move to the appropriate staging lane and prepare for the procession to the committal shelter. The remaining riders will move to the designated committal shelter\, set the flags and establish the Flag Line to await the arrival of Mr. Felkner\, family and friends.
