ABOUT THE MISSION:

George Elrie Gee served honorably in the USA and USAR for 27 years. George earned the rank of Master Sergeant E-8. He served with the 937th Engineering Group. George served both in Vietnam and Germany earning the following commendations and awards: National Defense Service Medal with one Oak Leaf Cluster; Good Conduct Medal (8 awards); Vietnam Service Medal with 2 Bronze Service Stars; Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal; Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross with Palm; Army of Occupation Medal (Germany).
