ABOUT THE MISSION:
Mr. George Beavers, III, 72, passed away May 3, 2020. Mr. Beavers graduated high school from Baltimore City College in 1967. Following high school, he enlisted in the Army. He was a Vietnam War Veteran during his enlistment. He had an affinity for the history of the military. Mr. Beavers was a life member of both the VFW and the DAV.

After the briefing, we will stand up a flag line for family arrival and visitation. We will maintain the flag line until Mr. Beavers is loaded in the coach and the procession departs for a private burial. There will be no escort. Due to COVID19, we will abide by all rules and regulations set by the CDC and the State of South Carolina Department of Veterans’ Affairs. Each attendee is responsible to bring a personnel face-covering. It does not have to be an actual mask, any sort of covering will be sufficient. In keeping with the requirements of the State of South Carolina Department of Veterans’ Affairs, PGR members will maintain at least a six-foot distance between each other during the briefing and flag line.

Water will be provided.
