ABOUT THE MISSION:
The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to stand in silent Honor and Respect for Gene Patrick “Pat” Gallagher U.S. Army Reserves, for his final services on Wednesday. Pat went to be with the Lord on Thursday March 25th 2021. Pat joined the Morgantown Police Force in 1957 and became a Police Lieutenant in 1963. He began to work at the Robert F. Kennedy Youth Center (now FCI Morgantown) in 1968 first as a Corrections Officer and then as a Counselor. He transferred to the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Brunswick, GA as a Firearms Instructor from 1985 until his retirement in 1989 when he moved back to Granville. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, firearms, gardening and traveling. Pat served on Granville City Council and the Granville Fire Commission.
