SSgt Welch honorably served in the United States Army from 27 Oct 1967 to 31 Oct 1987.  He was born 25 October 1950 and passed from this earth at the age of 69.

Special Instructions:

NAS Pensacola requires long sleeve shirts, long trousers, long fingered gloves, DOT approved helmets, leather footwear covering the ankles, and appropriate eye protection. This attire will always be worn while riding on board NAS Pensacola.

Covis19 precautions will be observed per PGR State guidelines, including the mandatory donning of face masks (covering both mouth & nose) during the mission.  Social distancing of 6 feet, 20 feet from the family with no physical contact between family or guests and the use of hand sanitizer.  Upon mission conclusion, flags to be returned to the trailer/vehicle and sanitized for stowage.
