ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of MSgt. Garfield Russ has asked the Patriot Guard Riders to stand for their loved one. We have advised them it will be our honor to stand for this hero. a Vietnam Veteran, MSgt. Russ served in the United States Air Force for 26 years and was last stationed at Robins Air Force Base, the 2955th CLSS. He achieved the prestigious rank of Master Sergeant before he retired. He then worked another 18 years at Robins Air Force Base as a Supply Supervisor for Grand Support Equipment. He was a lifetime member of the V.F.W. Post 6605, Junior Vice Commander, and a former member of the American Legion #172, Honor Guard, 40-8, and Loyal Order of Moose in Warner Robins.

Following the service there will be Celebration of life at the American Legion Post 172 in Warner Robins, GA at 2pm, the PGR is invited to attend.

Water will be provided.
