When the Service begins\, flags will be returned to the Support vehicle\, furled\, and stowed. Riders not participating in the procession will proceed to the cemetery for part 2. Those riding in the procession will receive the safety briefing and prepare to accompany Mr. Mims’\, family\, and friends on his final ride.
