We have been given the opportunity once again to stand for one who has stood for us, Mr. Fred Leon “Sparky” Smith Jr., Navy, Veteran. The family of Sparky Smith has allowed us to Honor him with our presence as he stands his last watch.

- This be a one part, one day mission, flag line only before the start of a memorial service at 3:00 PM, at White Funeral & Cremation Service Chapel, 603 Ocean Highway, East, Bolivia, NC. We will establish a flag line before the memorial service, at 3pm when the service starts we will stand down and quietly depart the area.
