Mr. Rodgers was a homeless veteran and authorities have been unable to locate any family. Therefore\, his PGR family will honor him on Friday\, 10 June 2016. \nMr. Rodgers served in the United States Navy\, 1965-1967\, he is a Vietnam Era Veteran.
